Q. Is this offer open to single people traveling.

A. No sorry this promotion is only open to couples married or live together for at least 2 years ?

Q. Do I have to arrange my own transport from the Airport ?

A. We provide a free pick up service from the Airport. And we can help arrange transport back to airport.

Q. Can I stay longer than 1 week ?

A. The Voucher is Valid for 1 weeks of accommodation but if you needs extra nights we can help in booking these for you at a discounted rate.

Q. The promotion states 7 nights, if I purchase is it possible of me to stay for 4 or 5 nights ?
A. Yes, you are not required to attend the full 7 days if you do not wish however, you must still attend the presentation on your given day.

Q. How many Vouchers can I purchase ?

A. There is no limit to the amount you can purchase however you can not use any more than 1 on any given trip.

Q. Can I give a Voucher to a Friend as a gift ?

A. Yes as long as the agree to the Terms and Conditions.

A. First of all you freeze the price of your accommodation for 2 years. Secondly its easy for you to get bargain flights and use your voucher to suit.

Q. Is this Timeshare ?

Q. Can the accommodation be upgraded ?
A. Yes it can be upgraded the voucher to what ever level of standard the hotel or resort has available and there is an upgrade cost.

Q. Does the offer come with flights & food.
A. No !  This is an accommodation only offer and does not include flights.  All meals & beverages are the responsibility of the voucher holder.

Q. I have 2 children aged 12 & 15, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. Yes !  You can still take part in the promotion however, you must purchase an additional room directly with the promotion company at the special discounted rate.  This must be paid in full prior to arrival.
