Q. Who are Asia Rewards Holidays ?
A. Asia Rewards Holidays is the ONLY official eBay seller of promotional holidays. We are the actual service provider for all the holidays that we advertise, this means we offer you a full booking service and will not pass you to the resort or another 3rd party to process your booking. From making a purchase, right through to making a booking, we do all the work for you !
Q. This sounds too good to be true, are there any hidden costs ? Where's the catch ?
A. This may sound too good to be true but what you see is what you get ! Providing that you qualify under the above conditions of use the only catch is that you attend a small presentation during your stay. There are no hidden booking fees, all you pay is £99 !
Q. Does the offer include flights ?
A. No, the offer is for accommodation only and does not include flights.
Q. Do I have to confirm dates or make a booking prior to purchasing ?
A. No, this is a buy-now use later offer, this means that you can purchase the voucher now and book dates later. We will even give you 2 years to decide what date you wish to travel !
Q. Am I able to choose which resort I will be staying in ?
A. No, please note Asia Rewards Holidays is NOT a direct hotel booking agent, your resort will be allocted to you at the time booking depending on availability at the time of year you are traveling. You may request a particular resort however, you must be prepared to stay in an alternative resort should your 1st request not be available.
Q. The age requirement states 25 - 68. I am 26 but my partner is only 24, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately both partners must be a minimum 25 years to participate in the promotion.
Q. Can I use 2 vouchers and make it a 2 week holiday ?
A. No, this is a once only offer, you will not be able to redeem 2 vouchers at the same time. Additional nights can be purchased direct from the resort.
Q. Can I add people to my party, even if I buy additional vouchers ?
A. No, the offer is strictly unavailable to groups (2 or more affiliated couples). A maximum of 2 children are permitted however, we advise you check 1st prior to making a booking.
Q. Can I purchase holiday vouchers on behalf of my friends or family ?
A. Yes, the voucher is fully transferable and can be passed on to friends & family, providing they adhere to the conditions of use and are NOT traveling with other voucher holders. Simply give us the details of who you would like the voucher making out to at the time of purchase.
Q. I am a single but I intend to travel with a friend, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately you must be a couple either married or living together. Promotion is not available to single persons.
Q. Is transport available from the airport ?
A. Yes, transport can be arranged for you by the resort subject to an additional charge.
Q. Are there any dates currently not available ?
A. All dates are currently available with the only exception being the Xmas/New year holiday period (13th Dec - 3rd Jan). If you intend to travel during these dates please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Q. Attend a relaxed informal tour of the resort, hope its not high pressure sales ?
A. Not at all ! The presentation is to give you an insight of the resorts club facilities and the benefits of being a club member. It is compulsory to attend however, there is no obligation to purchase anything or enter into any contract.
