Q. This sounds too good to be true, are there any hidden costs ? Where's the catch ?
A. This may sound too good to be true but what you see is what you get ! Providing that you adhere to our conditions of use, the only catch is that you attend a small presentation during your stay. There are no hidden booking fees or compulsory extras, all you pay is $199 !
Q. Are there any exclusion dates ?
A. All dates are currently available with the only exception being the Xmas/New year holiday period (13th Dec - 19th Jan). If you intend to travel during these dates you can still take part in the promotion however, this will be subject to a peak season surcharge. Should you wish to travel during these dates we advise you to contact us before you purchase the voucher.
Q. Do I have to confirm dates or make a booking prior to purchasing ?
A. No, this is a buy-now use later promotion, this means that you can purchase the voucher now and book dates later. We will even give you 2 years to decide what date you wish to travel ! Should you wish to travel at short notice and would still prefer to check dates simply contact us and we will confirm for you.
Q. Am I able to choose which resort I will be staying in ?
A. No, please note Asia Rewards Holidays is NOT a direct hotel booking agent, your resort will be allocted to you at the time booking depending on availability at the time of year you are traveling. You may request a particular resort however, you must be prepared to stay in an alternative resort should your 1st request not be available.
Q. Does the offer come with flights & food.
A. No ! This is an accommodation only offer and does not include flights. All meals & beverages are the responsibility of the voucher holder.
Q. Can I purchase more than 1 voucher and come along with friends ?
A. No, the offer is strictly unavailable to groups (2 or more affiliated couples) with only a maximum of 2 children (under 12) permitted. You can purchase the holiday for friends and family providing they adhere to the conditions of use and are NOT traveling with other voucher holders.
Q. Can I purchase 2 vouchers and make it a 2 week holiday
A. No, you are not able to redeem more than one voucher. Should you wish to purchase additional nights you can do this via Asia Rewards Holidays at a discounted rate, simply inform us at the time of redeeming your holiday and we will make the booking for you. We suggest you do not contact the resort for extra nights, unless you want to pay full rate !
Q. I have 2 children aged 12 & 15, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. Yes ! You can still take part in the promotion however, you must purchase an additional room which can be supplied by us at a discounted rate.
Q. If I purchase the 7 night holiday, is it possible of me to stay for only 5 or 6 nights ?
A. Yes, you are not required to attend the full 7 days if you do not wish however, you must still attend your presentation on your given day.
Q. Attend a presentation about the benefits of online holidays, whats it all about, hope its not high pressure sales ?
A. Not at all ! The presentation is merely to give you an insight into the benefits of online holidays, there are no high pressure sales involved. It is compulsory to attend however, there is no obligation to purchase anything ! |
