By submitting payment for this Bali holiday promotion we hereby agree :

• We are a couple both between the ages of 33-63, married or living together for min. 2 years.
• We are in full time employment, with a minimum combined income of AUD$70,000.
• We do not intend to travel as part of a group, or with other voucher holders.
• We understand that the resort is subject to availability and will be allocated at the time of booking.
• We will attend a relaxed, informal presentation about the benefits of become a resort member, with no obligation to purchase anything.
• We will not be attending another presentation holiday the week previous, or the week after our stay.

Important Notes:

This offer is based on a hotel room for couples (2 adults) only. A “couple” = 2 persons either married or in a relationship. This holiday promotion is a once only offer, each customer is restricted to 1 voucher only
All advertised resorts are examples only and may be subject to change. Children 8 years or over are permitted subject to additional surcharge.

You will not be required to provide evidence of the above qualifications however, a form of identification such as a passport will be required at check-in.
Offer is not available during Xmas/New Year period (20th December to 5th Jan).
Vouchers are non refundable but transferable to another person, providing that they qualify under the terms of the offer.
Vouchers are transferable to another Asia Rewards Holidays destination only in certain circumstances, and subject to availability.

Client agrees that in the unlikely event that we are not able to confirm your 1st requested accommodation, an alternative will be offered.

Should a client provide false information, or not qualify under the terms the voucher will become void, resulting in the client being responsible for the full cost of the accommodation.

The company will use its best endeavours to ensure that its obligations pursuant to the contract with the client are satisfied. However, despite those best endeavours, it is not always possible for those obligations to be satisfied. Unless otherwise excluded or modified by law, Asia Rewards Holidays disclaims liability for any loss of or damage to the client, including loss of life or injury, and loss of or damage to any of the client’s property, however such loss or damage may be caused. Unless such disclaimer shall be excluded or modified by law, the client warrants that he or she will not make or pursue any claim against the company in respect of any such loss or damage, however caused. Due to any potential losses and unforeseen circumstances not under our control we strongly recommend that clients take out adequate insurance to cover against such losses.
