1. This offer is part of a Phuket holiday promotion campaign, you have been awarded the opportunity to enjoy 7 nights luxury accommodation for your family. The maximum entitlement is for two (2) adults and up to two (2) child under the age of twelve (12) years. Should you wish to apply for an upgrade or purchase extra nights please ask, full options will be given to you.

2. This offer is open to couples married or living together for more than two (2) years, between the ages of thirty (30) and sixty-eight(68) years, who are gainfully employed and have a combined household  income of £30,000 This Promotion is not available to groups (2 or more affiliated couples).

3. This A.R.H. Holiday Certificate  is valid for two (2) years after issue. A minimum of 30 days notice is required before making a Booking.

4. The accommodation is in one of our high standard resorts participating in this offer. You are under no obligation to rent and/or purchase anything in order to participate however, you are expected to attend a holiday presentation during your stay to discover for yourselves the benefits of holiday membership.

5. There will be a small administration charge of £79.00 for the seven (7) night's accommodation which you will be submitted with your reservation request. This is to cover any administration costs or applicable taxes.

6. A.R.H. Holiday offers are on a room only basis. Surface and sea transportation, meals, tours, taxes, visas, and any other expense is the responsibility of the travelers.

7. All accommodation is subject to availability and A.R.H. accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused in accepting this offer. We also recommend that adequate travel insurance is purchased.

8. This incentive accommodation offer may not be redeemed for cash and furthermore has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied.

9. During your stay you will be expected to attend a introductory presentation during one morning or afternoon of your holiday about the benefits of our loyalty card club. With no obligation to purchase anything.

10. A refundable deposit may be required by some resorts to secure your booking. Some resorts may charge a reasonable utility fee or supplement to cover electricity, gas or other sundries. If this is applicable, full details will be given at time of booking.

11. No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions.

12. Only one (1) holiday promotion can be purchased per household/family within a two (2) year period. Promotion is not available to groups traveling together (2 or more affiliated couples).

13. After the booking has been made you will be sent a Memorandum of Understanding that will need to be completed and returned to our office in order to finalize your accommodation booking.

14. Once a book has been confirmed the booking (administration) fee is non-refundable. Should you wish to change your date of travel or your chosen resort after we have confirmed your booking a further administration fee may be payable.

15. A.R.H. accepts no responsibility for the unlikely, non-performance of any strategic partner or their offers.

16. Free Stay affiliated resorts will charge for bringing extra adults/children. You will be required to pay for a room upgrade so your family can enjoy larger holiday accommodation. This can be arranged by emailing res@asiarewardsholidays.com

17. I / we, undersigned agree to the above terms and conditions, and confirm that no refunds will be given should the purchaser fail to qualify for the promotion.
